With the nights becoming cooler, the greens are really taking off. This week we will harvest arugula, chard, kale, salad mix, romaine, and stirfry mix.

We are getting to the point in the season when we start changing over the greenhouse crops to things we will be eating in the fall. The earliest cherry tomatoes will be coming out soon!

We are pretty excited about it because we LOVE garlic! We are offering it in two forms: fresh and cured.
