Last week had a lot of salad greens - we are at the peak of the spring stuff coming in. Wow, lots of spring crops coming in now. I like to have a big salad every lunch, and sauteed greens in supper. I think Tatsoi and baby arugula are best used in salads. Wow, lots of spring crops coming in now. I like to have a big salad every lunch, and sauteed greens in supper. The "Yummy Greens" this week are young delish broccoli leaves that didn't head out, use them like very tender collard greens (quick saute). I think Tatsoi and baby arugula are best used in salads. Our lettuce is in full production. We also caught up on the mesclun/baby greens mix. These bags will good mixed into a lettuce salad.
