Wow, lots of spring crops coming in now. I like to have a big salad every lunch, and sauteed greens in supper. I think Tatsoi and baby arugula are best used in salads. Our lettuce is in full production. We also caught up on the mesclun/baby greens mix. These bags will good mixed into a lettuce salad.
