Wow, lots of spring crops coming in now. I like to have a big salad every lunch, and sauteed greens in supper. I think Tatsoi and baby arugula are best used in salads.

There have been questions about the payment plan. Those who didn't pay in full, you paid 25% up front, 25% at first delivery, and the remaining 50% is spread out over each remaining delivery ($9 for a small share).
We are still supplementing with some of Morgan's crops this week, for more variety (kale, cilantro, turnips).
