Veggie Boxes, last week of May

Last week had a lot of salad greens - we are at the peak of the spring stuff coming in. It won't be too long, we'll have more variety with cukes and zucchini, beets and carrots, and then tomatoes in late June.
The farm is moving along - lots of trellising and other maintenance, some of the last transplanting of seedlings, and keeping on top of the weeds.
The earlier email was directed at folks who have signed up, but are only on the waiting list. You current subscribers are our priority on the farm, while we try to balance with our commitments to farmers markets and Ozark Natural Foods.
You can order, as an Extra, a Kale/Parsley Pesto or Green Vinaigrette, made locally by Patrice Gros. Both these products are vegan. The pesto has bold flavor that can be used as a topping for pasta, veggies, or pizza. The vinaigrette can be used as salad dressing or a marinade.
I'll also have our farm's CBD oil ready for sale as soon as next week.
In time, I'll work on expanding the Extras we offer with many different local products.
