This week we continue to focus on fall harvests bringing in lots more carrots and cabbages for the frozen months ahead. We again have a HUGE amount of beautiful spinach available with XL bags (750g of spinach) on sale at $12 instead of the usual $17. If you like spinach, you should get on this deal. We rarely have this much excess, beautiful spinach! We have a couple new squash varieties available from HOPE Eco-Farms: kabocha and honeynut. We also have lots of broccoli and cauliflower from our farm with Romanesco available from Pfenning's. With cold weather just around the corner summer crops are winding down quickly. This may be the last week for our tomatoes and field peppers!

About the farm
We are an organic vegetable farm just outside St. Thomas, a short drive from London. We grow the finest produce free of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides throughout the year and sell them to our vegetable box subscribers, at farmers’ markets and to restaurants in our area.
