Winter has arrived in force this week here at the farm!
Sadly this is also the time of year when lettuce production really declines for us. We should have enough for everyone to get at least a regular sized bag this week, but have to pull back from offering the XL bags for now. The biggest cause is the low light levels, so once the sun picks back up in mid-February we'll be able to get lots of plants in the ground for salads in March.
Deliveries this week may be on Thursday or Friday, so please keep an eye out for an email from me by Thursday morning letting you know approximately when the delivery will take place.
Reminder that farm pickup has switched to Fridays for the winter.
