The greenhouse just keeps getting greener and greener! Everything is growing beautifully and we can hardly keep up with our cucumbers. We're making room in there for some pepper plants, which means we'll have lots of gorgeous chard available this week. We're still working away on hoophouse prep and planting, as well as our weekly seedings. We're even seeding some herbs that we've never tried growing before, such as zaatar and marjoram. This week we are bringing in broccoli, peppers, celery, strawberries, and oranges from Pfennings and welcome the return of fermented products from Harvest Pantry in London, ON. New this week we also have plant-based "cheeze" sauce available from Plantworthy Food also in London.
