It's time to customize your share for Week 14 of our 16 week Spring/Summer CSA!

I've been getting questions about the Fall CSA so I wanted to let you all know that we will start signing up for that next week. After a two week break at the end of our Spring/Summer season, the Fall CSA will start the week of August 12 and run until mid-November. We will offer current members an "auto-renewal" option to make things easier on you. More details to come!

I also wanted to remind you that if you have any credits to use, please use them up soon because they are only valid for the Spring/Summer season. Not sure if you have any credits? Just log in to your account and select "My Orders" from the menu, and then "My Credits." If you have credits, anything extra you purchase will come out of your credits first.

We have a few fun bulk produce offerings this week...

  • Gallons of blueberries from Buffalo Creek Berry Farm in Lexington. This is 5 lbs.
  • Garlic Braids from Fry Farm in Bethlehem. These are full sized heads of garlic that will hang on a kitchen wall and store for up to 6 months.  Cut a head off when needed starting from the top head and the braid remains attractive and in tact until all the heads are used. This garlic variety is a spicy, silver skin white soft neck.

For those of you with an Independent Baking Co. Bread Share, this week your loaf will be...

Five Points Levain!

A local Athens sourdough with an open crumb and mild flavor.
