Hey CSA Family!
Thinking back to when bottle feeding this calf was free training for a ninja warrior obstacle course. We always try to make chores into something fun here at the farm. We know it's tempting to stay inside for a good book or movie during these colder days, but we hope you can find time to get outside and play a little too!!
We have a great CSA for you this week!
For our Veggie CSA members, here are the organic veggies that you'll find in this week’s CSA box:
Pea Shoots
Radish Microgreens
Koginut Squash
Kohlrabi
Kale
Purple Top Turnips
Hakurei Turnips
Tetsukabuto Squash
Scallions
For our Grass-fed Meat CSA members, you will again have access to select cuts of our 100% grass-fed beef, 100% grass-fed lamb, and pasture-raised pork.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please double check your delivery schedule to be sure you know when and where to pick up your CSA. When you arrive to your CSA pick-up location, please check in with the staff so they can mark you down for the pickup!
- For Veggie CSA members: The veggies in the Winter CSA are not customizable. Each member will receive the same veggies each week. However, you can use the customization period to add "extras" to your order. Try some eggs made by a local artisan!
