Hey CSA Family!
The past few weeks have been super exciting on the farm. Our first few calves were born, our piglets are continuing to grow big and strong, and our ewes are getting ready for lambing! Spring veggies are in the ground in our high tunnels, and, if you can believe it, tomatoes and peppers are growing slowly but surely in our greenhouse!
For our Veggie CSA Members, here are the organic veggies that are available for this week’s Veggie CSA box:
Baby Cabbage (New!)
Heirloom Cornmeal (New!)
Microgreens (New!)
Baby Kale
Beets
Radishes
Head Lettuce
Sweet Potatoes
Purple Top Turnips
Reminder: you have from now until Sunday at 8pm to customize your CSA box! We have A LOT of: sweet potatoes, winter squash and beets. Swap or add on these items and stock up for winter!
