Wow, can't believe its October already. We made sorghum this past week! Its a sweet local treat....a syrup made from the sorghum cane. Much like a local molasses that can be used in baking or just plain on biscuits. My ancestors here made a lot of sorghum in the past and my Dad has brought this tradition back to our farm.
