Peach season may be over, but don't fear! Asian pears are here. At you may know, here at Atlanta Harvest, we try to keep our fruit and vegetable offerings seasonal. Asian pears are surprisingly juicy and sweet! They are by far the best tasting pears I've ever had and are definitely one of my favorite fall fruits. These delectable fruits are coming from a farm in south Georgia. Local and doesn't compromise on taste? It doesn't get any better than that! You don't have to say goodbye to fruits in the fall, that's for sure.
Other fall favorites that we have for this season are pumpkins and winter squashes. Butternut squash soup anyone? Why not try a butternut squash recipe and add some Asian pears for a delicious and sweet addition? Let us know your fall recipe creations! We'd love to try them!

About the farm
Farming is our passion. After moving from Pennsylvania to Georgia in 2010, our family settled in Dublin, GA and started farming. Over time we’ve noticed that the majority of our customers were located in the Metro Atlanta Area and in 2017, to better serve our customers, we acquired Atlanta Harvest. Our goal has always been simple; to grow and provide the city with high-quality, farm fresh produce while creating opportunities for economic development in distressed areas of the city.
