Although our farm is not "certified organic" all techniques and the materials we use are in compliance with USDA's NOP (National Organic Program).

Spinach is a favored leafy green that performs so much better in colder weather. The weather these last few days has been ideal for growing spinach but not so ideal for harvesting and post harvest cleaning.
