February is here already and the sun is finally out! It honestly felt like weeks since we had a nice stretch of sunny weather. We all need it that's for sure! This week we are starting some Beef bone broth to go with the potato leek soup and butternut soup. It is limited quantities so it will go fast.
Did you read Food and Wine magazine last month? If not I'll recap a special article in there.
