Happy Memorial Day weekend, and man what a gorgeous weekend we have lined up. I think its easy to go about our day to day life and not even think about how good we have it. Many great men and women payed the ultimate price to keep America free and make it the power house it is. I wonder what my grand father (my name sake) who served in the Korean War would say about the America we live in now. I never got to meet him unfortunately but from stories from my dad about the Korean war was, his father loved Korea, said it was absolutely beautiful. He also said the communists/socialists would try to ruin America. He wasn't wrong.
So, if you see a veteran this weekend or anytime really, shake their hand, say hello, say thank you. Kindness goes a long way and that is the least they deserve.
