Happy Labor Day weekend!! We will be out in the fields doing what we do best and I hope you are out enjoying this amazing weather with your loved ones!! Also, its back to school season!! From talking to many parents over the past few weeks, we all agreed its weird, scary, and unsure what to believe. But, most of the parents I talked to are either members of the CSA or close friends or family and they have established healthy habits in their lifestyles that have set them up for success. Personally, I say stick to eating healthy (Zilnicki Farms CSA produce of course), excersising daily, and getting outside will put anyone on the right path!
Farm Happenings this week:
- We dug our first loads of potatoes this week!!! 1 down, 39 to go!!
- Our new well is working like a charm!!
- Apple picking season has begun on the North Fork, so plan according when making trips to the farmstand!
