Hey Everyone,
Our crops in the greenhouse have been growing steadily! Except for the run-in with some unwanted critters, things have been progressing smoothly on the farm. It has been however a bit chillier outside with strange short snow bursts which have prevented us from feeling confident in transplanting our kale and swiss chard outdoors just yet. We plan on starting to plant outdoors by the end of this week. For now, we have some spicy salad mix, arugula, and garlic chives that are ready for harvest if anyone would like to partake of these delicious flavourful greens!
