Until We Meet Again

Wasn't it December just a few minutes ago? The end of Winter CSA has come, and we find ourselves surprised that this is the final week. Winter on the Farm is never dull. This season has been a season of "firsts" for us all, from first home deliveries to first Willowsford smoked hams! There have been incredible moments, like your kiddos opening front doors and waving eagerly to the Farm delivery truck, and neighbors chatting together at the Farm Stand. It's been a pleasure to read through the pack lists each week and see you trying new things, or taking home extras of our hardy storage crops to preserve. Rest assured that between now and May, as we mix compost, lay irrigation, and tune up equipment, you'll never be far from our minds. We relish each day that brings the summer season closer.

Willowsford Farm has always had a dual mission: grow food and community. These endeavors, intertwined, thrive together. While we surround ourselves with seedlings between now and May, we hope you'll be sharing with your neighbors how CSA has brought good things to your lives and tables! One of our favorite Harvie perks is our ability to reward you for referring new members to the Farm-ily, and sharing in the work of growing our community. Remember, on your Harvie profile page, you'll see a top menu option that says "Refer A Friend". Click here for a unique hyperlink that you can post to your social media, or send in an email, to invite your friends to join our community of foodies. For each new member who uses your link to sign up for a Willowsford Farm share, you'll receive $25 in member credits for extra veggies... and so will they!

Whether this was your first season or your fifth, whether you enjoyed eggs, veggies, or great products from our local partners, you are the very best ambassadors we could ask for. We salute you, for your efforts to uplift your community and preserve the environment through your buying decisions. We appreciate every bit of your dedication to the delicious challenge of eating seasonally and locally. Most importantly, we hope that you are as rejuvenated by knowing your farmers as we are by knowing you. Thank you, from all of us, for trusting us to nourish you and those you love throughout the winter.
