Dear Farm Friends-
Happy days of February. The sun has been shining. The rain has been falling. The mountains are white. Things are well in our valley and I hope they are well in your homes as well. I am enjoying my days of office work, fruit tree pruning, and kid activities. I am writing to you today to let you know what will be in the mix for the upcoming season and to invite you to sign up for CSA shares.
Last year we trialed a delayed start to our CSA, to all of our good fortune. Extensive flooding in June wiped out much of the crop that we would have wanted to feed you in June and July. Based on the last several years of increasingly unpredictable spring weather, we shall repeat the August start date for our food subscription program. Boxes will start off with peaches, tomatoes, melons, peppers and potatoes. Fall will highlight our great roots, greens, brassicas, winter squash and more. Boxes offered weekly and every-other week.
For those our you eager to start eating from Welcome Table earlier in the season, we will open our Farmstand for the season at the end of April and will be at the Downtown Farmers Market May-November. We look forward to seeing all of our dear in-person shoppers at these 2 locations.
Our Flower CSA/Subscription will once again run June through September. You can sign up for weekly, every-other week, and monthly options. This can make a great Valentine's Day or Mother's Day gift.

We do take "offline" payments. You can register online and put a check in the mail (1812 Old Milton Hwy, WW). This will save us the credit card fees. You can enter credit card details for ongoing "add-ons" and "extras".
We are still looking to fill our season’s crew. If you know someone looking to put in some dedicated farm work, please have them send me a resume and cover letter that includes their availability. Work-trade options are also available for CSA shares. Please contact me with interest or questions. I hope that the winter contains light and hope and health for each of you.
