This image comes from our hottest day of the summer-last Wednesday. I love seeing the smiles on everyone's faces! We had spent the early morning harvest and weeding. By 11 we were able to cool off in the creek and head for the shade with popsicles, and a season's worth of garlic to be cleaned. The farm crew was bolstered here by my family- kids, mother-in-law, and niece and nephew, visiting from Wenatchee. This photo illustrates so well the intersection of home, family, work, and community that is my life. I am so very blessed.
Lots of great food for you right now. The heat brings such good eating with sweet corn, tomatoes, melons, and peaches.

Welcome Table Farm is a small, diversified farm that produces high-quality vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers on 25 acres just outside Walla Walla, WA. We depend on the skill and strength of people and appropriate tools to grow good food, fine flowers and responsibly steward the health of the farm. 2024 marks our 18th season “Growing the Food We Eat.” Join us in the annual journey!
