We hope that you all will enjoy a little extra time over the next week to celebrate the goodness of our summer living and eating. We've got new potatoes for potato salad. Bulb fennel for new a grilled flavor. And beets for chilled salad. We are harvesting the garlic crop this week. It will hang to cure down for a couple of weeks. To fill the garlic gap, we are offering garlic scapes from our friend's farm, "Posterity Farm" up north in Twisp, WA. Add a bouquet to make your table beautiful too.
