Howdy All!
The fields have been growing fast now that we are hitting our stride in spring. We have a ton of tomatoes and potatoes coming in a few weeks and our eggplant is starting to show a few eggplants beginning to develop. Over the next few weeks we will phasing out our winter greens to make room for even more veggies. Our okra is also going in the field this week. We are working hard to get our farm up to full capacity and we are excited for what we have coming on the horizon.
