Howdy All!
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Official winter is just weeks away and we are looking great in the fields. Our carrots are coming along and I predict them to make it into the CSA in a few weeks. Additionally, our broccoli is right on time as you will see in this week's extras selection. This week we have a special treat from one of our farmer friends out of Fulshear. She has provided us with some beautiful late season tomatoes! Speaking of tomatoes, we are already planning our Spring transition and will be seeding tomatoes in just a month. We hit another milestone for the year this week as well. Over 5,000 onions were transplanted. We will have plenty of white, red, and sweet onions this coming Spring.
