**** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ****
We will be transitioning our Sunday CSA pickup at the farmhouse to Saturday at the farmhouse. This change will be initiated on November 20th, 2021. So for our Sunday CSA members, you will have 4 more weekends of Sunday pickups. If Saturday does not fit well into your schedule, we still have a Wednesday pickup option at the farmhouse and Saturday pickups at the Bryan farmers market. Thank you all for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Here on the farm we are thankful for the long anticipated fall weather. As more of our late summer crops fall out of season, we are busy prepping beds to plant more cool weather vegetables. Much of these consist of either greens or root crops, as you are noticing in your CSA shares. This offers a great diversity of very nutrient dense foods and provides creative outlets for fall soups and stews. Be well and take care.
