Howdy Everyone,
Hope all is well with you and yours. This week on the farm we are rejoicing for the glorious cool temperatures and breezes sent our way, and the plants are quite happy too. Each day is busy as we slip further away from summer and into full fall cropping. As the season changes, so do challenges such as pests and disease which certainly keeps one on their toes. Fall brings in more delicate veggies, namely greens, that take additional time to harvest and process, which offers a peaceful morning routine on CSA days. As greens will continue to be a staple crops in the coming months, we hope recipes provided will be helpful to you.
