Howdy All!
We have had another amazing week out here at the farm. As we move forward towards August, we are eagerly eyeing start dates for our Fall plantings. The farm is ramping up on production of various veggies just in time for what I expect to be a busy season. Despite the extremely wet summer we have endured, our watermelon, cantaloupe, and winter squash have finally taken and are exploding with growth each day (Better late than never!). August is generally the toughest month of the year to grow here in Texas but I feel the farm is in good shape to make it through strong and September is shaping up to be full of new varieties of veggies coming out of the fields.
