Howdy All!
We've been busily getting the farm back in order after all the rain we received last month. This week we planted 5 beds of various summer squash to replace the crops we've lost. Additionally, our cover crop has finally matured enough to mow down and get tarped in preparation for Fall veggies. Cover crop is a regenerative way to put back organic matter in the soil that has been taken out from our farming.
I would also like to welcome our new Farmer, Britney. She is from the Brazos Valley and is working on her Masters at Texas A&M.
