Howdy All!
We are still managing through the wet soil conditions this week. We’ve lost a few crops early however I am double planting more veggies to transplant in a couple weeks when hopefully the fields dry out some. These next few weeks will be supplemented on larger quantities of fewer varieties. I mention this because preservation is one of the best parts of a CSA! Pickling, freezing, and canning are all great ways to extend your bounty.
