Temperatures seem to be rising and that means good news for some crops but bad for others. Our winter and early spring crops are coming to an end with the last couple harvests happening over the next week. The summer crops are really enjoying the heat though! I've spotted a handful of banana peppers and bell peppers close to harvest as well as the eggplants that have started to bloom. This week you will start seeing the varieties of summer squash expand and I have also included a few overgrown zucchini as it's own item for those who may be interested in making zucchini bread.
