Howdy All!
We are slowly but surely getting our Spring started at the farm. Most of our tomatoes have been seeded and are about 3 inches tall! They will find their home in the field in about another month. Three varieties of eggplant were seeded this week and soon our peppers, summer squash, and cucumbers will also be planted. In addition to the first of Spring veggies, we are also planting up to 5 rows a week of our winter crops. It's a busy time at the farm to say the least!
