Howdy All!
We are counting down the days for Fall to begin here at the farm. At this time of year, we are preparing rows for the abundance of cooler weather crops. We are also beginning to see our late summer crops produce enough to make it into your shares. One of which is Roselle greens. Roselle is a relative to hibiscus with almost the entirety of the plant being edible. As we wait for the red calyces later this summer, we can enjoy its leaves. Add these in salads for a nice cranberry like tartness!
