Farm Happenings for December 19, 2020

Posted on December 17th, 2020 by Wouter Sels

Hello dear members,

Thank you for all your fantastic support over the past few months.

We're excited as always about the veggies coming from the fields, the range has certainly changed and picked up significantly over the past few weeks.

As you may know, next weekend has Christmas and boxing day on our usual picking and market day, so there won't be a market that Saturday and we will be taking the weekend off.

To make sure everybody still has access to their veggie share for the Christmas weekend, we are rescheduling the date to Tuesday the 22nd of December.(This date will only be updated by Fiday morning earliest, so you won't be able to see this in your profile just yet!)

We have a pickup location in Central Launceston (Bourke St.) for our usual Farmers' market pickups (pickup available from 12 noon).

Home deliveries will go ahead as normal (in the afternoon).

For Deloraine will we have the usual pickup location too (pickup from 11.30am).

We hope this will work for everybody's schedules. We have the option of home delivery available and you can reschedule your pickup location to the home delivery option if needed. Please note that this has a delivery fee.

If you are outside of the delivery zone or if you need to make alternative arrangements please don't hesitate to be in touch with Wouter at the market this Saturday, or via email or phone.

We are more then happy to assist where possible if you need to reschedule your share to another date, or any other difficulties arising from this change.

Saturday the 2nd of January we will be back to normal with the exception of the box customization period starting and closing a day earlier.

Thanks and best wishes for Christmas and the New year.

From: Wouter, Elyse, our kids Arend, Gita and Rohan,

From our fabulous Seven Springs Farm team of: Asep, Manel, Adrian, Marcus and the local young adults.

Also from our marvelous market team of: Troy, Daniel, Cara and Antoine.

P.S.: For those picking up at the market don't forget to say bye to Daniel, who is moving on with his Saturdays at market.

(After about 4 years fabulously steady and loyal help we are eternally grateful and also sad to see him go, so special thanks! )
