It's hard to believe this week marks the halfway point of the Spring CSA Season!
I have to admit, the first Farmers' Market in Lincoln starts on the 28th and for some reason I feel surprised by this!
Spring is in full swing on the farm, we have spent the last 2 weeks planting our hearts out and unbelievably, we are on schedule! Our next big planting for next week will be potatoes. I for one, can't wait for some freshly dug new potatoes in late June/early July.
We hope you have been enjoying the Spring Share so far and eating all the salads you possibly can! ;)
Some exciting additions to the share that are coming soon are: green garlic, mini head lettuce, salad turnips with greens, and cilantro!
If you are pick up at The Farm, please drive slowly on our farm lanes, we have children, pets, and employees on the farm and many spots on the lane have blind corners! We ask that you drive between 5-10 mph when on the farm. THANK YOU!
We still have spots left in our 16 week Summer CSA, so if you know any folks who might enjoy trying CSA, let them know about us! Plus you have your own special Refer A Friend link in your Harvie profile that can earn you and your friend $25 in extras during the season! What a deal!
