Farm Happenings for April 29 & 30, 2020

Posted on April 24th, 2020 by Robinette Farms

Wow! We are in awe of the surge of interest in local food that we have seen locally and across the country in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic!

Thank you all for choosing to support local, support your community, and take charge of your health and well being through the food you eat.

We had a little spot on 10/11 news this week and that has generated a TON of interest in our farm; we sold our last couple dozen Spring Subscriptions in an hour after the segment went on the air!

We have hundreds of new people that have signed up to get notified about our online Farm Stand and suddenly we can't keep up with demand!

Once again ready to pivot, we are working hard to get as much local produce and other products through our sales channels so we can reach as many homes as possible when people need it the most. Stay tuned as we hopefully expand our offerings and have more quantity and variety to offer to our Salad Subscribers and our Farm Stand shoppers.

It's ironic that the demand is happening at this time of year, because this is when all produce farmers are running out of winter storage crops and we are all waiting on the spring crops to mature. But, May and June are right around the corner and that's when the bounty comes back!

We are excited to serve our newly energized community of local eaters!

Thank you for support and we look forward to growing for you!
