Fall Radish Recipes
If you’re a little confused by the long white root vegetable the size of your arm in your veggie box, it's a daikon radish. Daikon radishes (like all other fall radishes) are commonly found in Asian cuisine.
Sweet and mild these radishes are extremely versatile. Don't worry about the 'right' or 'wrong' way to use them--just slice and let the cards fall where they will!
