Hi there folks,
Welcome to winter! Hope you've all been staying as dry as can be. We've been busy getting things out, cover cropped, and getting our animals fortified for all this rain. While it is a bit of a pain to work in, it feels great after such a dry year to see lots of rain. The grass is popping, water is moving, and I can feel the plants exhale.
This first box has a lot of treats available--do feel free to swap, it is no extra work for me! Part of the bonus of the rain, has been warmer weather. This means our broccoli, turnips, and other goodies from the field we didn't cover still look quite nice.
Please note/take a peek at my recent email to you--having a little difficulty getting Harvie to cooperate, but I wanted to give you the option of picking up on either Saturday Nov 20th or Saturday Nov 27th for planning around holidays and big meals.
