About the farm
Moose Meadow Farm grows certified organic vegetables for wholesale and retail in Clark Fork, Idaho. We specialize in year-round salad greens production, using open field space, unheated high tunnels, and heated greenhouses. Our summer and fall CSA programs and our winter online store provides produce exclusively from our farm and we pride ourselves on harvesting and delivering fresh produce 52 weeks of the year! The farm is 1 acre and is primarily worked using hand tools by the owners and a small crew of 4 people.
