Fall Traditions, CSA Survey, and Winter CSA Updates

Posted on October 2nd, 2022 by Brittany Reardon

Does your family have any fall traditions? Maybe it is pumpkin carving, decorating your home with gourds or dried flowers, apple picking, or a spooky movie night? It could even be as basic as a favorite soup recipe you make to welcome the change of season. Traditions are so unique to individual families which makes them so fun. We hope that we can help provide some of the ingredients behind your creations this fall, and beyond!

Speaking of tradition, several of you have asked if we are having a harvest dinner this year. We hoped to make it an annual event, but we are taking this year off - primarily due to the birth of our son in July. Our current plan is for a harvest dinner in October 2023, but we will keep you updated next year with more details.

CSA SURVEY -- as promised, I'm currently tweaking the CSA survey and that will go out to all members this week. You'll receive a separate email with a link to a quick survey. We strongly encourage all members to participate - your input is essential to improving our CSA program moving forward! Thank you for your help!

WINTER CSA -- Our winter CSA details will also go out later this week and you'll see an email inviting you to sign up. Space will be limited, so if you're looking for local food this winter make sure you snag your spot early! :)

As always, please reach out with questions at any time. Thank you for being a part of Mad Radish Farm!
