Farm Happenings for the week of December 19, 2020

Posted on December 15th, 2020 by Jessica Foote

Hello All,

I really am at a loss of what to say this year has flown by! And among all the ups and downs 2020 has thrown our way it has been pretty amazing to see the community spirit, and resilience.  This weeks basket is the last one for December and will hopefully carry you till January 9th when we meet again!

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year in advanced. No matter how you celebrate this year for it certainly may not be the usual, I hope we all try and make the best of what we have, and enjoy the moments. Reach out to family and friends, and neighbors, make that phone call you have been putting off! Today is all we have, tomorrows hold no guarantees, that thank you, that conversation, that connection is more important than ever this year to the Holiday Spirit!

We will be offering sleigh rides to anyone who is interested. I have called and connected with others to gauge the going rate. And after thinking it over some more as many people have inquired for details have adjusted things to what I feel is comfortable.

For a group of 4 or more max. 6 people 100$ .

Please call me at 905-986-9612 if interested and book in advanced. I am really only doing this because  I think it could be a safe and fun outing so if finances are a real restriction call anyway we can work something out! We will also have our little critters to pet and enjoy while you are here! Goats and Mini Horses.

Bring your own blankets to keep warm ,dress well, your own sanitizer, masks, and keep the guests you bring to your bubble please!

I will provide the horses, 1 extra staff for assistance with larger groups and either a wagon or sleigh depending on the weather. IT WILL BE CANCELLED IF CONDITIONS ARE TO ICY! Snow is not a problem.

Thanks you all for an incredible season, and all the support you have given our business all of you I consider an extention of my family! And it gives me great joy to feed your families.

Cheers your farmer, Jess
