Grape harvest has been looking great! Until a week ago at least. The grapes did not ripen last week and now we are fighting for time as the Robins migrate down and eat with a voracious appetite. Tomatoes and chicken sausages!
Tomatoes abound! We have several varieties of heirloom tomatoes available. We will plan to sun dry some and make chicken sausages with them as well which will be available in the following months.

About the farm
We are a family operated Certified Organic and Bee Better Certified vineyard, orchard, and vegetable farm. We make our own wines and infused vinegars and pickled/canned goods. We focus on dry-farming techniques with permaculture methods to conserve water and promote the ecosystem. We like to grow heirloom crops and plants that can handle our climate with minimal care to promote diversity and create a hardy seed bank.
