Happy January! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! We enjoyed hunkering down with the kids and playing lots of games, reading books and just relaxing together! Now that January is upon us, our gears start turning about the new year and season. We're very excited about all the snow we've received because it's so good for the area, and because its so fun and beautiful! The kids have been having fun playing on piles of snow we scooped up with the tractor and have laughed a lot while being pulled around on the sled. It's also fun feeding the cows in the winter because they get so much more friendly and Lizzy in particular loves that! We hope you're having a wonderful winter as well and look forward to seeing you! For this month we'll be offering root veggies and winter squash (which are great roasted!), winter greens (which are double covered in the high tunnels and trying so hard to keep going!), plus other winter veggies. In addition we have some yummy extras including Stacey's Sourdough English Muffins and French Onion Soup!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We'd love to share what we grow with you!
