Hope you're enjoying this beautiful spring! Time is flying! Maybe it's flying away with all the wind! Haha! We're still in the midst of lots of planting and watering and trying to keep up with the weeds too! We planted the carrots but we're kinda worried about them... They are harder to germinate (they take forever!) and with all the wind, we're hopeful the soil is staying moist enough to germinate the seeds. Say a little prayer and cross your fingers for us! If they don't take, it's really not that big of a deal, it will just delay the carrots a bit while we replant... The joys of being at the mercy of the weather! OFFERINGS THIS WEEK: Pink Pickled turnips! Say that 5 times fast! The turnips are growing quickly and well, so it's time to enjoy them! My favorite way is these pink pickled turnips. They are super yummy - crunchy, tangy, but with a little sweetness too. Also a spicy cilantro hummus. It will be a mix of different types of beans with a lot of tasty cilantro and a bit of spicy deliciousness!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
