We're really excited about how well all of our crops are doing this spring! Everything is happy, happy, happy and growing well. Mason was just commenting the other day about how he loves springtime gardening - before it gets too hot, before all the bugs come out in force, before the weeds attempt a take-over. :) New this week we have two different home-made salad dressings to choose from: A Raspberry Vinaigrette and a Spicy Lemon Herb Dressing. There's so much we can do with all of these greens this time of year besides just salads, but why not have a deliciously fresh salad dressing too?!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
