All of the sudden winter is feeling very long. Perhaps it has some to do with all the snow, and me not wanting to go outside anymore.
There is one very simple solution to wanting green things to eat when there are several feet of snow on the ground, and that is sprouting. Mumm's is an organic sprouting seed supplier in Saskatchewan, where we source much of our microgreen seed. If you have a mason jar, or really any container, you can give it a shot.
