Garlic time

Posted on July 29th, 2021 by Heather Coffey

One of our first big annual harvests is garlic, and we're well on our way to having it all in. Usually it would be cured for a month or so and then it's considered good for the year... but we wanted to sneak some out to you uncured. When fresher, the cloves are harder to peel as the protective layer's haven't yet dried. However, it's juicy deliciousness is worth it! For the garlic scape lovers out there, this is your last chance to snag some up.
