Greetings Farm Fans -
Doesn't it feel like spring is right around the corner??? This is the time of year that I start to get anxious! Green garlic has started to peak through the soil, carrots are gaining weight around their stem tops, indoor tomatoes and cucumbers have set fruit--and every single one of my farmers is excitedly relaying that "in about 2 weeks" there is going to be SO MUCH available. I am not very good at waiting especially with so much abundance right around the corner!
Lots of leafy greens this week! So get your salad game on!
