Week 24
It's the final week of CSA shares! This season is coming to a close and we hope that you have thoroughly enjoyed your veggies. Thanks for being a part of our membership!
This week we got ALL the garlic planted...it was perfect weather for it and we couldn't be happier!
This week there are plenty of greens to choose from, beets and carrots from Rooted Oak, dried herb products from Barking Root Botanicals and finally our Autumn Frost squashes!
We left the squashes as long as possible but a few of them are not quite fully cured. If you get one that has some green colour to it, leave it at room temperature and it should cure fully in not too long.
