It's winter squash time!!
This season we grew Autumn Frost squashes, they are our favourites!!
Pat drove to my aunt and uncle's this past week and picked up a big load from them. They grow butternut, buttercup, acorn and spaghetti squashes. Everything from Forman Farms will be available in the swap area.
We will get squashes from them for the next few weeks!
We got our first frost this week, brrr! All of the crops are fine since it was just a light frost thankfully. Most of the veggies we will have available for the last part of the season will be coming out of the greenhouses and hoophouses, where they are protected from the weather.
