Hello Everyone,
Looks like we are turning the corner on winter cold and the days are warming up. Even if it stays cold we can see much faster growth in the greenhouses from the longer daylight hours. This week is the first back for some panisse lettuce heads. They are beautiful light green with soft round curls - I have yet to see this type of lettuce in any grocery store.
Garlic is out for the season until we have scapes again in June, the garlic in the field is looking beautiful for July harvest.
