Underwood Farms has blessed us with the last corn of the season. Broccoli leaves are in the inventory this week. These can be eaten as a collard or kale can be. This is the most nutrient dense vegetable we grow on our farm! Speaking of nutrients - I encourage you to eat the WHOLE plant as much as you can. Turnip leaves are most nutritious than the turnip itself!1 read more »
